1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Miriti Dairy Performance Programmes platform ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

The Platform provides access to premium dairy management guides in digital format. Access is granted on a time-limited basis, with the duration specified per guide. Guides are viewable exclusively through our secure in-browser reader and cannot be downloaded.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to purchase and access content beyond the free preview pages. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information, including a valid phone number for M-Pesa payments.

4. Payments

Payments are processed through Safaricom's M-Pesa Daraja API via STK Push. By initiating a payment, you authorise M-Pesa to charge the specified amount to your mobile money account. A confirmation email is sent upon successful payment.

5. Content Protection

All guides are protected by intellectual property laws. Content is delivered through a secure reader with dynamic watermarking. You may not:

• Download, save, or distribute the content outside the Platform
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to circumvent the secure reader or watermarking
• Use automated tools to scrape or copy content
• Screenshot or record content for redistribution

Violations may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.

6. Access Duration & Expiry

Each guide has a specific access duration set by the administrator. Access automatically expires after this period. You will be clearly informed of the access duration before purchase and can see remaining time in your library. Expired content reverts to preview-only access.

7. Auto-Renewal

Some guides may have auto-renewal enabled, as indicated on the guide's detail page. If auto-renewal is active, your M-Pesa account will be charged automatically at the end of the access period to extend access. You can disable auto-renewal at any time by contacting support.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Miriti Dairy Performance Programmes is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform or from applying the information contained in the guides.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
